This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Nivt, operated by 117 OAK, LLC. It covers insulated tumblers, travel cups, lids, straws, handles, and included packaging sold through this website.

Return Window and Condition

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Tumbler Return Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included lids, straws, or accessories. Items with drink residue, scratches from use, dents, missing parts, washed components, or signs of daily use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives dented, cracked, missing a lid, missing a straw, incorrect color, wrong capacity, or with package damage, contact info@nivt.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email info@nivt.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack the tumbler and all included parts securely to reduce damage in transit.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 6615 Glencoe Dr Temple Terrace, 33617 United States.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • No restocking fee applies to approved eligible returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability of the requested capacity, color, lid style, or handle format. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, customers may request a return after delivery.
